What if you have an uptime monitor already?
Most uptime monitors do not automatically monitor all the pages automatically they can access on a website. They need to be manually configured to check specific endpoints and they don't normally test forms or other special cases.
Forever 200 OK is closer to a fully automated end-to-end testing suite that runs at regular intervals than uptime monitoring software. It will try to access all the pages to collect information about the problems encountered.
